For Quakes fans making the trip up to Seattle, here are 4 must-see destinations as suggested by Quakes players and coaches with Emerald City ties.
We present to you the Quakes travel guide, Seattle style!
Bryan Meredith: “I used to live up in Capitol Hill and there are great restaurants up there. It’s just outside of the city over the I-5. The Steel Head Diner in Pikes Place would be my first suggestion. They have great seafood, but they just have everything. If you wanted to go site seeing, I would recommend seeing Chihuly, which is right under the space needle.”
Ian Russell: “If you want the best fish and chips in Seattle, you go out to West Seattle to Spud’s Fish and Chips. It’s definitely the best in the city.”
Sanna Nyassi: “I didn’t go out on the town too much during my time in Seattle, but the Space Needle is a nice place to visit. You’ll get to see a very nice view of downtown Seattle and beyond, so I’d advise fans to go there.”
Cordell Cato: “Whenever I got back up to Seattle, I have to go to Pam’s Kitchen. They serve my country’s food, so a lot of Trinidad and Tobago dishes.”

The Earthquakes are happy to welcome El Imperio Sismico as the newest supporters group for the club. This will be El Imperio Sismico’s first season as a supporters group and they will be located in the Supporters Terrace.
The group is primarily based out of San Jose, but they have members from all over the Bay Area, including Hayward and San Francisco. Their leaders have met together casually at Earthquakes games over the years and decided to form a predominantly Hispanic supporters group. They encourage everyone to tailgate and stand with them on game days. Pocos pero locos!

Will Landon Donovan and the LA Galaxy take it all or will it be Jermaine Jones and the New England Revolution?

It's pretty obvious who we will be rooting for in this one (hint: #BeatLA), but it's sure to be a heated battle from the StubHub Center on Sunday.

Be sure to tune in to the 2014 MLS Cup on ESPN or Unimas at 12 p.m. PT to see who takes home the silverware.
