Q: What if I can’t use my tickets to the AT&T Park game – can I exchange them or turn them in later for Unused Ticket Night?
A:
Yes.  In the event that you are not able to attend the match at AT&T Park and/or your tickets are not returned on or before the March 15 deadline, you will be able to redeem your unused tickets for seats within the Center Circle, Sideline, Goal View or Supporters sections on any of our 2012 Unused Ticket Nights.

Q: Can I still purchase additional tickets for the AT&T Park Doubleheader?
A:
All ticket sales, including those on the day of the game will be based on availability at the AT&T Park Box Offices.  The Fan Relations staff will be able to assist you with purchasing your additional tickets through the end of the day on Wednesday, March 14.  All ticket purchases made on or after Thursday, March 15 can be made online, by phone at 800.225.2277, or in person at the AT&T Park Box Offices.

Q: Can I purchase tickets on the day of the game?
A:
All ticket sales, including those on the day of the game, will be sold at the AT&T Park Box Offices.  Please note: tickets are subject to availability.

Q: What happens if I lose, forget or bring the wrong tickets to AT&T Park on the day of the game?
A:
If your tickets are misplaced, please call Fan Relations by Wednesday, March 14 – we will reissue your tickets for you.  After this date, we will be happy to reprint your tickets for you at the AT&T Park Box Office the day of the game.

Q: How can I get seats next to my season seats?
A:
Because of the limited availability of tickets in the designated Season Ticket Holder seat locations at AT&T Park, additional tickets within those seating areas cannot be purchased.  Additional tickets are available for purchase in all other areas of AT&T Park and we’ll gladly provide your guests with the best available seat location at the time of purchase.

Q: I bought additional seats online, but they are nowhere near my season ticket seats – what can I do?
A:
Because of the limited availability of tickets in the designated Season Ticket Holder seat locations at AT&T Park, additional tickets within those seating areas cannot be purchased. Rest assured that your guests will have great seats, as the ones purchased online were the best available seats in that price level at the time of your purchase.

Q: Why do I have to pay full price since I am a STH?
A:
Although we are not able to offer your season ticket rate on additional ticket purchases, we believe the value for the price is tremendous. Each ticket purchased includes the best available seat location for two soccer matches in one of the nation’s premier venues.  Keep in mind, too, that your season ticket seating is at your season ticket rate!

MISCELLANEOUS FAQs

Q: Why are the Earthquakes playing at 2:00 p.m. instead of 4:30 p.m.?

A:
There will not be a pre-game meal; however, you will receive $25.00 in AT&T Food Bucks per seat when you check in for the match on Saturday.
