o How does my Personal Mini Plan Work?

A Personal Mini Plan gives you the flexibility to pick the games you want to come out to during the season. By purchasing a personalized mini plan you have 20 tickets (equal to 1 full season ticket) that you can allocate for tickets to a minimum of 4 games. For example, you can allocate 4 tickets to 5 games or 2 tickets to 10 games or however you would like as long as you select 4 or more games throughout the course of the season. Once the schedule gets released in mid-January you can then select the games you’re interested in applying your tickets toward and your exact seat location will be assigned.

  • 20 tickets are equivalent to 1 full season seat
  • Each additional “bank” of 20 tickets you purchase will be the equivalent to an additional full season seat – 40 tickets are equivalent to 2 full season seats, 60 tickets for 3, etc.

o You must pick a minimum of 4 games
o Blackout dates will apply after first game of the season

If I cannot make it to a home game, how can I return/exchange my ticket(s)?

We are proud to offer a very flexible Ticket Exchange Program exclusively for our season ticket holders!

To return your tickets, bring or mail your tickets to the following address:

San Jose Earthquakes
Attention: Fan Relations
451 El Camino Real, Suite 201
Santa Clara, CA 95050

Fax your tickets to Fan Relations at (408) 260-6802 or email an image of your tickets to your Fan Relations Specialist

Tickets for game(s) that you are unable to attend must be sent to the Front Office at least 48 hours in advance of the match (unless announced otherwise) in order for the exchange to be valid. Tickets that are faxed or emailed must reflect that the barcode has been cut or torn.

At the time of return, a credit will be issued to the account of the original purchaser. Ticket credits will be issued in the amount originally paid for the ticket and cannot be exchanged for cash or merchandise. Credit balances will not carry over; therefore, all credits must be applied prior to the end of the 2013 MLS regular season.

For questions or season ticket information, please call the Front Office at (408) 556-7700

Please note: Ticket exchanges will not be accepted for any 2013 Premium Matches, which includes the June 29 match vs. LA Galaxy and the club's first home playoff match. You can exchange for the June 29 game up until our home opener on March 3.

o What are the bonus games included in my full season package?

Our goal is to provide our Season Ticket Holders with the highest caliber bonus games we can. Because tournament and opponent scheduling information is not available to us prior to the start of the season, the 2013 bonus games will be scheduled as they are confirmed.

For your convenience, although the opponents are not yet confirmed, tickets to these games will be included in your season ticket package.  These tickets will be labeled "Bonus Game 1" and "Bonus Game 2"

As soon as the dates, times and opponents are confirmed for these matches,  you will be notified.

o I am not receiving information from the San Jose Earthquakes. Why not?

The majority of the Season Ticket Holder updates sent from the Earthquakes are sent via email, as this method allows us to reach our Season Ticket Holders very efficiently.  Other updates may come via U.S. Mail, Federal Express or a personal call from your Fan Relations Specialist.

If you are not currently receiving this information, there may be a number of reasons including:

·       We do not have your most current contact information
·       An unsubscribe request associated with your email address was submitted to us
·       The email settings currently associated with your address do not permit emails from the San Jose Earthquakes
