Trying to win in front of their home fans for the first time since early May, the San Jose Earthquakes play host to the Kansas City Wizards on Saturday evening at Buck Shaw Stadium. The Quakes have won just once in their last nine games and are coming off back-to-back 1-0 defeats. After a long winless spell of their own, the Wizards are now unbeaten in their last four, last playing to a 1-1 home draw with Real Salt Lake.

The Quakes will again boast a short bench, but will welcome recent signing Khari Stephenson to the lineup. Omar Jasseh also returned from Africa after playing a home-and-home for his native Gambia against Sierra Leone in the Orange African Youth Championships.
