Progress on the Nutrilite Training Center

The Quakes new Nutrilite Training Center is one step closer to completion after receiving a fresh coating of sod last week.

After splitting practice time at West Valley College and Santa Clara University over the last two years, the team is anxious to set foot on their new digs. During their time training at both places, the Quakes have been well taken care of by both institutions, but it will be nice to have their own facility. Due to recent rainfall, the opening of the training complex is tentatively set for May 3.

The Quakes announced a deal with Amway Global to construct a team-specific training ground in January. Upon completion, San Jose will have a training facility adjacent to the proposed site of the new stadium.
