The San Jose Earthquakes will host “Sharks Night” on Saturday, Sept. 11 at Buck Shaw Stadium when the Quakes take on FC Dallas at 7 p.m. PT. Five players from the San Jose Sharks will be in attendance; Devin Setoguchi, Jason Demers, Torrey Mitchell, Frazer McLaren and Jamie McGinn.
The quintet will meet with Quakes players prior to the game before going out to the field to watch warm-ups. Two of the players will then serve as celebrity judges for the Quakes pregame musical chairs competition. After watching the first half from their field side seats, all five players will be involved in a halftime contest. Following the contest, the players will kick balls into the stands.
The night will also feature a silent auction for Sharks memorabilia and a Sharks experience package. Also in attendance will be the team’s legendary mascot, Sharkie, who will be on hand to participate in game night promotions alongside Quakes mascot, Q.
