Fans packed the house at Norm's Place in Danville for the inaugural stop on the Chris Wondolowski Golden Boot tour Sunday afternoon.
Friends, season ticket holders, former teammates, youth players and various other Wondo disciples crammed in for a speech followed by a Q&A session and autograph signing. Wondolowski received a warm welcome from his hometown following and stuck around until every fan in attendance had the chance to receive a photo and autograph.
"After growing up in Danville, I was excited to get the chance to visit with all the fans who supported me during the 2010 season and throughout my years playing soccer in the area," Wondolowski said.
