LONDON — The San Jose Earthquakes arrived in London Friday morning and immediately got to business with an afternoon training session at club partner Tottenham Hotspurs' grounds.

After a nine-hour flight, the Quakes stretched out the legs with some light jogging, 5v2's and short-field scrimmages. San Jose practiced at the famed Spurs Lodge with several members of the Tottenham Hotspur staff looking on.

The Quakes are in London for 10 days. Aside from training, the team plans to take in Saturday's Chelsea vs. Everton FA Cup match.

San Jose will play three games of their own while abroad. Details for those matches are not yet available, but will be finalized by Monday.

Among the fresh faces in camp with the Quakes are Youth Academy players Travis Pillon, Sam Engs, Alfred Edmonds and Nick Lima. Earthquakes icon Troy Dayak is overseeing the group.
