Date Change: Quakes-Sounders FC in Seattle moved to Sept. 22

SAN JOSE, Calif. – The San Jose Earthquakes announced today that the club’s final match against Sounders FC at CenturyLink Field in Seattle has been moved to Saturday, Sept. 22 at 7:30 p.m. PT. The game was originally scheduled for one day later.


The Earthquakes won their first match in Seattle 1-0 on March 31. Chris Wondolowski provided the lone goal, converting a penalty in the 24th minute. San Jose (7-2-2, 23 pts.) is second in the Western Conference, just ahead of No. 3 Seattle (7-2-1, 22 pts.).
