Quakes Academy update: Kendall McIntosh named to U.S. U-20 Men's National Team roster for upcoming Toulon Tournament  -

Former Quakes Academy player and current Santa Clara goalkeeper Kendall McIntosh has been named to the U.S. Under-20 Men's National Team roster for the upcoming 2013 Toulon Tournament. Under-20 Men's National Team head coach Tab Ramos announced his 22-player roster on Monday. 


McIntosh is one of seven collegiate players to be named to the roster, joining seven current MLSers. The Toulon Tournament is the final chance for players to be evaluated before the team heads into the 2013 U-20 World Cup in Turkey on June 28. 


McIntosh, who helped the U-20's qualify for the World Cup in March, will travel to France for the tournament that runs from May 28 - June 8. The U-20s will be in Group A, along with Colombia, Congo DR, South Korea and the host France. The U.S. is set to open the tournament against France on Tuesday, May 28 at Stade Leo-Lagrange in Toulon.  The championship match will be held on Saturday, June 8.
