Staying in on Fridays just got a lot cooler. This Friday, NBC Sports Network will debut MLS Insider, a new weekly show featuring in-depth stories on players, supporters’ groups and all things MLS.
Tune in to NBC Sports Network at 4:30 p.m. PT on Friday for the premiere. The episode will feature segments on New York Red Bulls star Tim Cahill, recently signed LA Galaxy player Robbie Rogers and the Philadelphia Union supporters group, the Sons of Ben.
The program is produced by Hock Films, primarily known for their three critically acclaimed documentaries for ESPN Films’ 30 for 30 series. Jonathan Hock, the mastermind behind Hock Films, has some serious filmmaking chops with eight Emmy Awards to his name. Expect more than just a highlights show as MLS Insider takes you behind the scenes of one of the most innovative and exciting soccer leagues out there.
