No. 6: Ramiro: There could not have been a better way to honor Quakes veteran Ramiro Corrales than the October 26 match against FC Dallas. It was like a classic testimonial match. Rams got the start as captain for one final time. It was an emotional pre match ceremony with half of Salinas, California there to celebrate their favorite son. Ramiro was the last of the original 1996 MLS players. His unbelievable career and contributions to our club will go down in history. I will never forget the scene of Ramiro being physically carried off the field by his teammates as he was subbed off in the 60th minute. That is the highest honor for a player and there is no one more deserving than Ramiro. #ThankYouRamiro
