ATM’s: There are no ATM’s located inside Buck Shaw Stadium or on the campus on Santa Clara University. The closest ATM is located across the street at Palm Drive and El Camino Real.
BOX OFFICE LOCATIONS: The two box office locations at Buck Shaw Stadium are located outside Gate A and Gate C. Stadium box offices are only open on event days. For San Jose Earthquakes ticket information please call 408-556-7700.
DESIGNATED DRIVER PROGRAM: The designated drive program is part of the San Jose Earthquakes commitment to fan safety. Under the designated driver program, one person from a group attending the game volunteers to refrain from drinking alcohol and is responsible for providing transportation for the rest of the group. Designated drivers can register at the booth on Stanton Field and receive a free coke.
In the instance that alternative transportation is needed, guest services will be able to provide information on taxi services.
DISABLED SEATING: There are disabled seats throughout all areas and price levels of Buck Shaw Stadium. Disabled seating and access are fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. For further information, please contact the San Jose Earthquakes box office at 408-556-7700.
FIRST-AID STATIONS: First-aid is located in the North and South ends of the field at Buck Shaw Stadium. In the case of an emergency, please notify the nearest Guest Services representative for assistance and directions to the first-aid stations. Buck Shaw Stadium does NOT have Automatic External Defibrillators (AED’s) onsite.
GATE OPENING TIMES: All gates for Buck Shaw Stadium will open 90 minutes before scheduled kick-off time.
GUEST SERVICES BOOTH:nThe Guest Services booth will be located on the North end of the stadium inside Gate A. Guest Services can assist you and questions or concerns that you may have. They will also assist with lost guests or items.
LOST AND FOUND: Any item that is lost during an Earthquakes event at Buck Shaw Stadium will be turned into Guest Services and held there for the duration of the game.

MERCHANDISE: There are two merchandise locations at Buck Shaw Stadium. They are located inside Gate A on the North end and on South end.
NATIONAL ANTHEM: Please submit a 90-second or under DVD or CD recording of your vocal acapella version of the National Anthem. Three letters of recommendations from entertainment managers, music instructors, or past clients you have entertained., your contact information and a one-page summary of your vocal background and musical experience.
