Digital Ticketing & Parking at Avaya Stadium

Why go digital?

In an effort to enhance our Season Ticket Holder experience, the Quakes have moved away from paper tickets and parking hangtags. You can access your 2017 season tickets through the Avaya Stadium app or by logging on to your Account Manager via your computer or smartphone. Digital season tickets will provide Season Ticket Holders with the following benefits:

  • Convenient online ticket management to print, forward and sell your tickets
  • Reduces the risk of lost, stolen or forgotten tickets
  • Quick and easy mobile access to Avaya Stadium
  • More eco-friendly

How to add your Digital Tickets/Parking Pass to Apple Wallet

iPhone users only.

  • Once logged into your ticket account, choose the event which you would like to add tickets and/or parking to your Apple Wallet.
  • Hit the ‘view’ icon/eye icon on the specific event to bring up the tickets and barcodes. Swipe right/left to see all your tickets for the event.
  • Scroll below the square barcode and there will be a clickable ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ icon. Repeat this for each ticket as necessary.
  • After a moment, an additional screen will pop up with your seating location and barcode.
  • Press the ‘Add’ button in the top right corner of the screen. Repeat these steps for each ticket as necessary.
  • Once your passes for each game are downloaded they will be listed in chronological order in the Wallet App!

Frequently Asked Questions

 How do I access my account manager?
 Can I still print my tickets from home?

Yes! You will just need to log into your online account manager, select the game you want to manage and choose the option to print.

 If I print my tickets from home but misplaced them, can I still access them?

Yes! You will be able to access them on your mobile device. Just remember that if you find the misplaced tickets, the most recent version of the ticket will be the only valid ones.

 Are digital tickets really more secure?

Yes. Digital and mobile ticketing reduces the potential for fraud or duplicated tickets being sold to unknown buyers. The Earthquakes are able to track barcodes through digital tickets to better ensure the validity of a given ticket to the end user.

 Will I be receiving a parking booklet this year?

No, parking passes will also be managed digitally or on your mobile device and scanned upon entry.

 Do I need to create an account?

No! You will just use your email address associated with your Season Ticket Account. If you do not know your password, click forgot password and you will be prompted to reset.

 If printed tickets from home, can I still use mobile ticketing?

Yes, the QR code will be valid at the gate.

 If I place my tickets up for sale can I edit or take down the post?

Yes! You will want to head to the event ledger and click the Transfer & Resale button on the right of the box to edit or cancel a posting.

 If I transfer tickets to a friend can I cancel the transfer?

Yes! As long as the recipient has not accepted the offer and claimed the tickets to their account you can rescind the offer.

 Can I use Apple Wallet to store my mobile tickets?

Yes! Tickets and parking can be added to the Apple Wallet on a game-by-game basis. Choose the event that you would like to add your tickets and/or parking to your Wallet for. Hit the ‘view’ icon on the specific event to bring up the tickets and barcodes. Scroll to below the barcode and there will be a clickable ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ icon. After clicking the icon, an additional screen will pop up with your seating locations and barcodes. To finalize the tickets move to the Wallet, press the ‘Add’ button in the top right corner of the screen. Now you will have to do this individually for each game, but once they are all downloaded your passes will be listed in chronological order in the Wallet App.
