MATCH RECAP: Earthquakes II 2, Minnesota United 2 1

SAN JOSE, Calif. – Earthquakes II defeated MNUFC2 2-1 on Wednesday evening at PayPal Park. Quakes II has now won three of their last four home matches (3-1-0). 

Quakes II opened the scoring in the 40th minute via penalty by Eduardo Blancas and held the lead for majority of the second half until Minnesota United 2 equalized in stoppage time by Diogo Pacheco. Earthquakes II responded quickly one minute later with Jerry Ayon scoring the game-winner.

Earthquakes II will now prepare for their next road game against the Real Monarchs on Friday, June 17. Kickoff from Zions Bank Stadium is scheduled for 6 p.m. PT and the match will be broadcast live on MLSNEXTPro.com.
