The Quakes haven't even begun their U.S. Open Cup play yet, but the potential fourth round pairings have already been announced. After their regular season play at league-leading, FC Dallas, the Quakes will travel to Charleston to take on the Charleston Battery in the third round of the U.S. Open Cup. The first-ever meeting for Charleston and San Jose is set for Tuesday, May 28 at 4:30 p.m. PT (watch the livestream here).
If the Quakes come out victorious over the USL Pro club, the team will face the winner of Real Salt Lake (MLS) vs. Atlanta Silverbacks (NASL). The Quakes will be away for either match-up, traveling to Rio Tinto Stadium or Atlanta Silverbacks Park on June 12.
