Thompson becomes club's first Homegrown Player

It was a momentous day for the club when the Earthquakes signed Tommy Thompson as the club's first-ever Homegrown Player. Thompson, a Sacramento area native, joins the team after helping lead Indiana to a Big-Ten Tournament title in his freshman season. Before departing for Indiana, Thompson suited up for the Earthquakes in 2013 Reserve League, having four assists in his five appearances.
