Tommy Thompson and the rest of the MLS Homegrown team will face the U23 Portland Timbers at 7 p.m. PT at Providence Park in Portland ahead of the MLS All-Star Game. The Homegrown Team consists of the best Homegrown players across the league, and it was fitting that the Quakes' first-ever Homegrown player was selected for the roster.
