An Island Party - With Chris Wondolowski on the sideline due to international duty, the Quakes had to look elsewhere for scoring, and they found their answer in Khari Stephenson. The Jamaican veteran tallied his only two goals of the season infront of a sold-out crowd at Buck Shaw Stadium after converting on an indirect kick and a penalty kick. Quakes midfielder and Saint Kitts and Nevis native Atiba Harris cemented the club's victory after winning a one-on-one battle in the air with Dynamo goalkeeper Tally Hall. The win would be the start of a two-game winning streak, as the Quakes would top FC Dallas just a week later at Toyota Stadium.
