Despite several players leaving to represent their respective national teams in Copa America Centenario, it was business as usual for the Earthquakes as they took to the training field on Tuesday to prepare for their upcoming clash with Western Conference foe FC Dallas.
On-Field Highlight
Goalkeeper Andrew Tarbell showed off his reflexes with an impressive save during a scrimmage. He dove for a low shot, which hit the post and popped out to forward Chad Barrett. Barrett followed up with a second shot and Tarbell jumped to his feet and dove the opposite direction to stop Barrett's attempt.
Off-Field Highlight
Earthquakes fans got the opportunity to speak with defender Kofi Sarkodie during a Reddit AMA session on Tuesday afternoon after training.
