MLS Commissioner Don Garber will hold the annual State of the League address on Friday afternoon (noon PT) in downtown Toronto ahead of Saturday night's 2016 MLS Cup final between Toronto FC and the Seattle Sounders (5 pm PT on FOX and UniMás in USA; TSN and RDS in Canada).
The event, which takes place every year during MLS Cup week, can be watched LIVE on MLSsoccer.com beginning at noon PT.
