Last week, Reno 1868 FC earned four points in two matches to conclude their four-match road trip. On Wednesday, May 9, Reno earned a 1-1 draw against Tulsa Roughnecks FC and on Saturday, May 12, Reno came back from a 2-0 deficit to defeat Sacramento Republic FC 3-2. In the match against Sacramento, 2018 Quakes draftees and First Team players Paul Marie and Mohamed Thiaw scored their first professional goals to lead Reno in their 3-2 win.
Reno will continue their Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup campaign on Wednesday, May 16 when they host Portland Timbers U-23 at Greater Nevada Field. Tickets for this match can be found here.
