SAN JOSE, Calif. – The San Jose Earthquakes will celebrate the best San Jose has to offer as it hosts its inaugural Celebrate 408, presented by Clover, at Avaya Stadium on Sept. 29 as part of Fan Appreciation Day and the game day activities for the match against Seattle Sounders FC. Celebrate 408 will feature a Beer Fest with local breweries and cideries such as Lagunitas, Hapa’s., Hermitage, Brooks Cidery and many more. San Jose food trucks will also be available including Arteaga’s and Taco Mania.
Along with celebrating San Jose, the Earthquakes will also honor Devotion Scarfs to 10 of the most devoted Earthquakes fans, staff, alumni or members of the Earthquakes family. The recipients of the Devotion Scarves will be honored at halftime during the match.
Celebrate 408 will start at 2:30 p.m. and will have activations such as musicians and artists located in the 7UP Epicenter and will last until kickoff. The Quakes will take on the Sounders at 4:15 p.m. PT, broadcast live on NBC Sports California, KNBR 1050 and 1370 KZSF.
The first 5,000 fans that enter the stadium for the match will receive a power bank, courtesy of Clover. Fans interested in attending Beer Fest must purchase a $15 Beer Fest ticket with this link in addition to a match ticket.
