Q: Where do I park?
A: All cars enter from Earthquakes Way and will be directed by car to the Epicenter. Guests will be parked by stadium staff upon their arrival.
Q: If I get there early, will I get to choose my spot?
A: Earthquakes Stadium staff will park each vehicle with an optimal view of the movie. For those that arrive early, they will have a higher chance of getting a preferred spot. Registration does not guarantee a parking spot at the event.
Q: What type of vehicles are allowed?
A: All vehicles attending Movie Nights must fit into a 9' x 15' parking stall. Any vehicle that does not fit will not be admitted.
Q: Do I need to wear a mask?
A: We ask everyone attending to bring a mask. If you leave your vehicle to use the restroom you will be required to wear a mask.
Q: Can I view the movie from outside my vehicle?
A: No. All fans must watch the entirety of the movie from inside their vehicles.
Q: How do listen to the movie audio?
A: Movie audio can be heard on FM radio. The radio station will be identified upon your arrival.
Q: Will food and drink be available for purchase during the movies?
A: No food or drink is available for purchase.
Q: Can I bring my own food and drink?
A: All fans can bring their own food and drink.
Q: Am I able to drink alcoholic beverages during the movies?
A: Alcohol is prohibited.
Q: If I know people in other vehicles, am I allowed to exit my vehicle to talk to them with a mask on?
A: No, the San Jose Earthquakes ask that fans always remain in their vehicles throughout the entirety of the event. Fans are strictly prohibited exiting their vehicles unless using the restroom.
Q: Are restrooms available during the event?
A: Yes. At Earthquakes Stadium fans will exit their vehicles with their masks or face coverings on and follow stadium signage to the nearest portable restroom located under sections 101 and 134.
Q: If I am in my car and there is an emergency or must use the restroom, what do I do?
A: The San Jose Earthquakes fan hotline will be active reached by texting
(408) 909-GOAL (4625). Stadium staff will be monitoring this hotline for the entirety of the event and will assist with any issues or questions that arise.
