SAN JOSE, Calif. – The San Jose Earthquakes will host Italian Night on Wednesday, July 20 during the club’s match against Vancouver Whitecaps FC at Buck Shaw Stadium. Prior to the 7:30 p.m. PT kickoff, San Jose’s Epicenter Fan Zone will feature a pasta eating contest as well as a silent auction for a “Little Italy” Earthquakes jersey.

International Italian tenor, Pasquale Esposito, will also perform the American and Canadian National Anthems before the match. A portion of each ticket purchased for Italian Night as well as proceeds from the silent jersey auction will benefit Little Italy San Jose. To purchase tickets online, click here. For groups of 10 or more, call our Front Office at 408-556-7700 and ask about our Italian Night special.

Little Italy San Jose is dedicated to revitalizing San Jose’s original Italian neighborhood. Members of the community can eat at Paesano’s Ristorante or the infamous Henry’s Hi-Life, and learn the Italian language by taking classes at the Sabatino Memorial Family Resource Center. There are various projects underway to help beautify the town and support the Italian culture and heritage, including the installation of Bocce Ball Courts and a History Walk featuring family archives.
