The winner of the series against Toluca will face the winner of CD Arabe Unido (Panama) and LD Alajuelense (Costa Rica) starting in April.
Toluca is the top overall seed in the tournament after winning each of their four group games and outscoring opponents 15-4.
The winner of CONCACAF Champions League advances to the 2014 FIFA Club World Cup in Morocco from Dec. 10-20. The event pits the club champions from each region as well as the league winner from the host nation in a single-elimination tournament to crown a world champion.
