Quick Turnaround
Playing on short rest after Saturday’s slugfest against FC Dallas, will the lineup be shuffled around to conserve energy and keep players healthy? The goalkeeper, defense and forward positions seem to be somewhat set in stone, but minutes in the midfield are up for grabs, especially if Anibal Godoy doesn’t return from his knee injury.
Wondolowski On Fire
Forward Chris Wondolowski has scored in four of the first five games of the season.  It marks his second-highest goal-scoring total through the first five games of a season (2012 – six) in his career. Wondo has scored more than half of San Jose’s goals (four of seven) so far in 2016 and will be leaned on to continue to find the back of the net.
