NEWS: Earthquakes Raise Club-Record $115,000 During Annual Wine and Dine Event

SAN JOSE, Calif. – The San Jose Earthquakes raised a club-record $115,000 for the Earthquakes Community Fund during the team’s fifth-annual Wine and Dine event last Saturday, shattering last year’s record of $86,000.

Held at The Mountain Winery in Saratoga for the second consecutive year, fans had a rare chance to dine on food and fine wine alongside Earthquakes players and coaches while bidding on a wide array of auction items, including autographed memorabilia and game day experiences. The money raised from the event will benefit programs such as the recently expanded Get Earthquakes Fit presented by Sutter Health, U.S. Soccer Foundation’s Soccer for Success, and Kicks for Kids, which provides tickets to under-privileged families.
