Black History Month

Black Arrow FC and the Earthquakes will create a co-branded film series, featuring untold stories of the club’s players, diving deeper into their background and personalities, and spotlighting their efforts on and off the pitch.

Smith created the Quakes logo in 2000. He was also the creator behind the Sharks & CyberRays logo.

Nirvana Soul has locations in downtown San Jose, Cupertino and now in the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Library on the San Jose State Campus.

Art Welch played for the San Jose Earthquakes from 1974 to 1975. Welch, a Jamaican international, appeared in qualifying matches for the 1966 and 1970 World Cup tournaments.

The African American Community Service Agency (AACSA), founded in 1978, is one of the only African American cultural centers in the Silicon Valley.
