SAN JOSE, Calif. – The San Jose Earthquakes announced today that 2016 season tickets have officially sold out. Due to high demand, the club increased the amount of season tickets available to 13,000, up from 12,000 during Avaya Stadium’s inaugural season in 2015. Fans can be added to the season ticket waitlist for 2017 by calling the Earthquakes Front Office at 408-556-7700 and placing a $50 deposit.

This year’s 13,000 season ticket holders were given an exclusive presale opportunity for Copa America Centenario at Levi’s® Stadium in Santa Clara, a star-studded tournament played outside of South America for the first time in its long history.

In 2015, the Quakes sold out all 15 regular season matches at Avaya Stadium as well as the club’s annual showdown with the LA Galaxy at Stanford Stadium, drawing a record 50,422 fans for the California Clasico. Season ticket holders were treated to bonus tickets for U.S. Open Cup matches against Sacramento Republic FC and the LA Galaxy and an International Champions Cup match against Club America. In addition, they were given exclusive presales for an ICC match against Manchester United and the U.S. Women’s National Team against the Republic of Ireland on Mother’s Day.
