Explain what it means to you to get this honor.
It was quite a surprise. The Earthquakes is a great organization so to recognize myself and Greg is quite a bit of an honor.

How long have you been a fan/working with the team?
Since 2003 when I first moved to the Bay Area. Worked with the E-Soccer program and with Greg, and we’ve always had some relationship with the Earthquakes. That’s deepened as the years have gone by and gotten more and more meaningful.
What memorable moment would you like to share?
The first time we got to get on the field with the Unified team. I remember watching them playing and looking to my side, and there was Shea Salinas and JT. They were encouraging the kids and engaging the kids.
Who is your favorite player?
Shea Salinas, absolutely. He was a great player even at the tail end of his career. When he was coming off the bench, he was dynamic. He added energy to the game and his heart for the community.
What is your message to other Quakes fans?
Support the team. It is a privilege to have a professional soccer team in the city.
