2015 International Champions Cup Tournament
The 2015 International Champions Cup North America Presented by Guinness provides fans with a unique opportunity to see their favorite clubs take on teams from around the world that they otherwise wouldn’t be able to. The tournament pits a total of 10 clubs from the United States, Mexico, England, Italy, Spain, France and Portugal against one another, with matches being held across the U.S., as well as Canada and Mexico.  
Fans in the Bay Area should feel especially fortunate, as the San Jose Earthquakes were selected as one of three Major League Soccer participants in the tournament, joining the New York Red Bulls and the LA Galaxy. Moreover, the Quakes new venue, Avaya Stadium, will be one of two stadiums in North America to host multiple matches.

Manchester United defeated Club America on Friday, July 17 at CenturyLink Field in Seattle, Washington.  The match’s only goal came in the fifth minute after Manchester United midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin found himself on the receiving end of a cross from Juan Mata, which he headed into the far post. Former Bayern Munich star midfielder, Bastain Schweinsteiger, made his first appearance with Manchester United on Friday.
