Q: Can I still purchase additional tickets for the Aug. 2 match at Levi’s Stadium?
A: All ticket sales, including those on the day of the game will be based on availability at the Levi’s Stadium Box Offices.
All ticket purchases prior to the day of the game should be done through Ticketmaster.
On the day of the match, the San Francisco 49ers and Earthquakes staffs will be available to assist you with ticket purchases beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Levi’s Stadium Visa Box Office is located on the North Side of Levi’s Stadium and will be open from 10:00 a.m. until kickoff.

Q: What happens if I lose, forget or bring the wrong tickets to Levi’s Stadium on the day of the game?
A: Please visit the Levi’s Stadium Visa Box Office between 10 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 2. While there, a member of the San Francisco 49ers or the Earthquakes will be happy to assist you.
Q: I was told to pick up my tickets at Will Call – where is this located?
A: Will Call will be located at the Levi’s Stadium Visa Box Office, which is located on the North Side of Levi’s Stadium. San Francisco 49ers and San Jose Earthquakes staff will be available to assist you at Will Call from 10:00 a.m. until kickoff.
Q: Will I be able to use my Season Ticket Holder discount on merchandise at Levi's Stadium?
A: Because all merchandise sales will be taking place at a venue not operated by the San Jose Earthquakes, we will not be able to apply your discount on merchandise purchased at Levi's Stadium.
Q: What time will gates open?
A: Levi’s Stadium gates will open at 5:30 p.m.
Q: If kickoff is at 7:30 p.m., by what time should I arrive?
A: Levi’s Stadium gates will open at 5:30 p.m. and we are encouraging all fans to be at the stadium around that time.
Q: Can I bring any food or beverages into Levi’s Stadium with me?
A: Yes. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages will be permitted. Please make note of the following caveats:
- If you will be bringing fruit in with you, it will need to be cut in pieces.
- Only non-alcoholic beverages in sealed plastic containers and/or thermoses will be permitted.
Q: Where will the Seattle supporters be seated?
A: All Seattle Sounders FC Supporters will be seated in Section 201.
Q: Where will the Earthquakes supporters be seated?
A: Earthquakes supporters will be located in sections 126 and 127 of Levi’s Stadium. More specifically, the Faultline & Casbah will be in Section 126 and the 1906 Ultras will be in Section 127.
Q: Where can we tailgate?
A: Tailgating will be permitted in select lots at Levi’s Stadium, which are as follows:
- Red Lot 3
- Blue Lot 1
- Green Lot 2
- Yellow Lot 2
Tailgating is also permitted in Red Lot 6 and Red Lot 8; however, open flame will not be allowed in these lots.

Q: Is alcohol allowed at the tailgate?
A: Yes – alcohol will be allowed at tailgates; however, no alcoholic beverages may be brought into Levi’s Stadium.

Q: What items will be prohibited at Levi’s Stadium?
A: To ensure the safety and enjoyment for all fans, the following items will be prohibited:
- Backpacks Coolers (including soft-sided coolers)
- Large purses & fanny packs larger than 6” v 4”
- Weapons of any kind (including silverware).
- Cans, glass bottles or alcoholic beverages.
- Klaxons, bullhorns, whistles or any other noisemakers
- Laser pointers of any type Signs, banners or poles
- Projectiles (footballs, Frisbees, etc.)
- Offensive clothing
- Fighting, taunting, or threatening remarks and / or gestures
- Intoxication or signs of impairment related to alcohol or drugs
- Smoking
- Any distraction to the progress of the game
- Throwing objects of any kind
- Occupying any seat without the appropriate ticket
Parking and Transportation FAQs
Q: I have a full season parking pass for the games at Buck Shaw – will I be issued a parking pass for this game?
A: Yes.
All Season Ticket Holders who have season parking passes should receive a parking pass in the mail no later than July 30.
If you do not have a full season parking pass, cash parking will be available. The lot that you will be parking in will be determined by the route you take to the stadium.

Q: If I am driving to Levi’s Stadium, what is the best route for me to take?
A: The recommended routes are varied based on the parking lot you will be using.
· For all RED lots, please take CA-237 to the Great America Parkway exit
· For all GREEN lots, please take US-101 to the Great America Parkway exit
· For all YELLOW lots, please take CA-237 to the First Street exit
· For all BLUE lots, please take Lawrence Expressway to the Great America Parkway exit

Q: What time will the parking lots open?
A: Parking lots are currently scheduled to open at 3:30 p.m. PT
Q: How much will parking cost?
A: Parking will cost either $30.00 per car in all lots except the Yellow ones and Red Lot 3, which will be $35.00 per car.

Q: Can I use public transportation to get to Levi’s Stadium?
A: Yes. There are a number of public transportation options to get to Levi’s Stadium including Valley Transit Authority (VTA) buses and light rail and ACE/Capitol Corridor heavy rail.

Q: Will you have an Epicenter Fan Zone at this match? If so, where will it be located?
A: We will have an Epicenter Fan Zone for this match, which will be a part of the Faithful Mile area of Levi’s Stadium. The Epicenter is scheduled to open at 5:30 p.m.
Please note: your game ticket will be required for entrance into the Epicenter Fan Zone.
