Gone are the days of Shea Salinas scoring bangers and sprinting down the sidelines shirtless, but that doesn’t mean he won’t continue working hard for the San Jose Earthquakes.
Salinas has joined the club’s front office as Club Ambassador and Head of Youth Soccer Partnerships, where he will work closely with the marketing and community relations departments on alumni relations, community events, and camps and clinics. Additionally, he will work with the Quakes Academy and the group ticketing team to strengthen relationships and partnerships with local youth soccer clubs and organizations.
Salinas retired after 15 seasons in Major League Soccer following the 2022 season. He spent 13 seasons with the Earthquakes and is the club’s all-time leader in assists with 50.
