SAN JOSE, Calif. – The San Jose Earthquakes and Strike Brewing Co. have collaborated to introduce a hazy India Pale Ale called Quakes ’74, a tribute to the club’s founding in 1974. The Earthquakes will host a celebratory Launch Party at Strike Brewing Co. in Downtown San Jose on Wednesday, Sept. 14 from 6:30-9 p.m. Fans can RSVP to attend the Launch Party here.
In addition to the launch of Quakes ‘74, the event will serve as an official watch party for San Jose’s road match against the Colorado Rapids, which kicks off at 7 p.m. PT. The Quakes will go for the season sweep over Colorado after defeating the Western Conference side 1-0 at PayPal Park earlier this season.
