The San Jose Earthquakes and Wells Fargo have raised $24,500 for the Goals for Education Fund, which provides scholarships for Santa Clara County High School students enrolling in two or four-year colleges.
Through the Quakes partnership with Wells Fargo, for every goal the San Jose Earthquakes scored during the 2018 MLS regular season, Wells Fargo donated $500 to the Goals for Education Fund.
The Quakes scored 49 goals this season, with Danny Hoesen scoring 12, and Chris Wondolowski and Vako each notching 10.
