NEWS: Earthquakes will honor frontline workers at California Clasico

The San Jose Earthquakes will honor hundreds of frontline workers that supported and served our community in the past on Saturday June 26th during halftime.

Frontline workers being honored:

  • All County Hospital workers from Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, O’Connor Hospital, St. Louise Regional Hospital who have worked around the clock to get Santa Clara County out of the dark days of the pandemic and save lives
  • Clinical and Community teams providing testing and vaccinations throughout Santa Clara County seven days a week
  • Community Outreach teams going door to door to get people tested and vaccinated
  • The men and women working for County Facilities and Fleets delivering vaccine and setting up testing and vaccination sites throughout Santa Clara County
  • The Santa Clara County Office of Education workers who helped students, parents, teachers, schools with distance learning on all levels
  • Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority workers who got all of our frontline workers where they needed to go
  • Members of local labor unions
  • Sutter Health
