Driblab and San Jose Earthquakes Academy have agreed on a partnership that will integrate Capture, Driblab's on-demand data solution, to strengthen the monitoring and evaluation of talent across the academy.

The agreement will enable the Academy to gain deeper insights into the development of its players by using advanced data to complement its scouting, player monitoring, and decision-making processes throughout the academy pathway.

Through this agreement, the Earthquakes Academy reinforces its commitment to adopting cutting-edge tools that enhance game analysis and improve decision-making by combining expert knowledge, technology, and data.

Luchi González, Director of the San Jose Earthquakes Academy, commented:

"We are very excited for this partnership with Driblab and the SJE Academy because it's the next step for us to use professional data analysis in executing our Game Model Principles and Style of Play. This also assures us that we are scouting, recruiting, and retaining talent that matches our player profiles. Together with Driblab, this is a great opportunity to maximize the efficiency and alignment of our developmental and professional pathway into the first and second teams."

Antonio Floro, Chief Operating Officer at Driblab, added:

"Working with San Jose Earthquakes Academy is further proof of how MLS clubs are continuing to professionalize the monitoring and development of their youth systems. Capture allows them to assess and monitor their players with the same level of detail that we apply in professional football, ultimately improving the quality of the decisions they make regarding player development and long-term talent identification."
