After Colorado's win over the weekend, the MLS Cup Playoff field is set. However, there's plenty at stake heading into the final week of regular season play.
Out west, the San Jose Earthquakes are in a battle with the Rapids for the No. 3 Wild Card spot. The Quakes trail Colorado by two points and have a game in hand.
San Jose hosts Chivas USA on Wednesday and travels to Kansas City on Saturday while the Rapids will close out its season by hosting Supporter's Shield chaser Real Salt Lake.

Seattle Sounders FC has the chance to overtake FC Dallas for the top Wild Card spot. Sounders FC will travel to Houston on Saturday while FC Dallas is locked in for a Sunday fixture against the Los Angeles Galaxy.
Atop the Western Conference standings, the Galaxy hold a one-point edge on Real Salt Lake. The Galaxy have the luxury of playing a Sunday match to close things out, meaning they will know exactly how many points are needed to take home the club's first Supporter's Shield since 2002.
In the east, the New York Red Bulls and Columbus Crew are battling for playoff positioning. The Red Bulls maintain a one-point lead over the Crew. Both teams have home games to end the year, the Red Bulls hosting New England while the Crew will play Philadelphia.
