In the latest memo leak, a whistleblower that has asked not to be named has exclusively told The Garlic that Russia will finish the World Cup with a +135 goal differential. After starting the 2018 FIFA World Cup with a 5-0 win against Saudi Arabia, followed by a 3-1 victory over Egypt, the host nation is trending in the +135 direction.
