San Jose Earthquakes and DUDE Wipes Announce Official Back-of-Jersey Partnership

Quakes x Dude Wipes 16 x 9

SAN JOSE, Calif. — The San Jose Earthquakes announced today a new multiyear back-of-jersey partnership with DUDE Wipes, the fast-growing personal care brand.

Starting with the Earthquakes’ Aug. 1 match against FC Cincinnati, the DUDE Wipes logo will appear on the back of the Major League Soccer club’s first-team jerseys. The partnership, which also entails DUDE Wipes becoming the club’s Official Wipe/Flushable Wipe, expands beyond the jersey to include community programming, matchday activations, digital content and fan engagement initiatives across San Jose.

"We are excited to announce our new partnership with DUDE Wipes," said Earthquakes President Jared Shawlee. "DUDE Wipes is a rapidly burgeoning national brand and we look forward to introducing a number of activations together to support our local community and enhance the fan experience at PayPal Park."

In addition to logo placement on the back of the first team’s jerseys, DUDE Wipes will be the presenting partner of PRIME TIME—the Earthquakes’ interstate rivalry match at Levi’s Stadium against LAFC, which will take place this year on Sept. 19. DUDE Wipes and the Earthquakes will introduce a new activation called Clean Sheets, which will feature giveaways and more when the Quakes’ defense records a shutout in MLS play. DUDE Wipes will also commit to providing product to families at community events across the Bay Area.

"We've always believed the best partnerships happen when you don't take yourself too seriously,” said Ryan Meegan, Co-Founder and CMO of DUDE Wipes. “Landing on the back of the Earthquakes jersey feels pretty fitting for a brand that always has your back. From matchday activations to celebrating every clean sheet, we're excited to bring some extra laughs—and a whole lot of wipes—to Quakes fans.”

“The San Jose Earthquakes are thrilled to bring this partnership with DUDE Wipes to life,” said Earthquakes Chief Strategy Officer Ian Anderson. “We’re eager to collaborate on initiatives that will positively impact our community.”

San Jose, currently tied on points for first place in the Western Conference, has gotten off to one of the best starts in club history in 2026. With first-time MLS All-Star Daniel Munie anchoring a defense that earned clean sheets in five of their first six contests and FIFA World Cup veteran Timo Werner (10 goal contributions in all competitions) and Preston Judd (11 goals and two assists) leading the attack, the Earthquakes have established themselves as one of the league’s top teams this season.

The Quakes return to action Saturday, Aug. 1, in a road contest against FC Cincinnati. Kickoff from TQL Stadium is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. PT and the match will air live on Apple TV (English/Spanish), as well as on local radio via KSFO 810 AM (English) and KZSF 1370 La Kaliente (Spanish).
