San Jose Earthquakes Season Ticket Holder: PayPal Pro Experience Terms and Conditions

“Eligible Participant”: Open only to residents of California who: (1) are eighteen (18) years of age or older; and (2) create or are holders of a U.S. personal or business PayPal account in good standing (“Valid Account”); and (3) are current San Jose Earthquakes season ticket holders (“STH’s”) in good standing who renew their season tickets for the 2025 MLS season and complete payment of their deposit with a Valid Account (eligibility for who is a current STH in good standing will be determined solely by San Jose Earthquakes).

“Renewal Period”: Starts on September 20th 8:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on September 27th , 2024.

How it Works*: An Eligible Participant must successfully complete the following during the Renewal Period to qualify for an Experience (as defined below):

  1. Renew your 2025 San Jose Earthquake season tickets by placing your deposit and setting your payment method as PayPal in your Ticketmaster Account Manager by the end of the Renewal Period.
  2. Sign up for a PayPal Pro Experience at https://www.sjearthquakes.com/tickets/renewals/paypalproexperience.
  3. Once San Jose Earthquakes has confirmed that (i) you have renewed your 2025 season tickets using PayPal as your payment method; and (ii) you have signed up for a PayPal Pro Experience, you will be eligible to receive access for yourself and up to three (3) attendees (total of four (4) attendees per Eligible Participant) to a PayPal Pro Experience at PayPal Park
  4. PayPal Pro Experience (“Experience”) will include, but not limited to, a tour of the locker room, access to the PayPal Park pitch to play soccer, and a meet and greet with players and/or staff. Experiences will be held at PayPal Park on October 7, 2024 OR October 14, 2024. Dates are subject to change.
  5. Exact number of Experiences available to Eligible Participants will be determined by the number of confirmed Eligible Participants as determined by San Jose Earthquakes and is limited to no more than one hundred (100) attendees, or fifty (50) attendees at each scheduled Experience. Eligible Participants who qualify for an Experience will be contacted and notified by San Jose Earthquakes. Transportation and lodgings are not included and are the sole responsibility of Eligible Participants.

Miscellaneous: San Jose Earthquakes determination of eligibility of Eligible Candidates is final. The Experience has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. San Jose Earthquakes reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this offer in part or in its entirety at any time without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion. Similar offers may run at the same time; qualification for this offer does not constitute qualification for any other offer. San Jose Earthquakes is not responsible and/or liable for any lost, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, or misdirected e-mail, or offer-related materials or correspondence or if any participant’s e-mail address, Valid Account, STH Ticketmaster account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without participant giving prior written notice to San Jose Earthquakes. San Jose Earthquakes reserves the right to review any account or transaction related to this offer, in its sole discretion, without notice, and delay or reverse completion of the Experience. Offer is void where prohibited. Participation is subject to San Jose Earthquakes STH terms and conditions and PayPal’s User Agreement.
