San Jose New Earthquakes Season Ticket Holder: Renew with PayPal Terms and Conditions
“Eligible Participant”: Open only to residents of California who: (1) are eighteen (18) years of age or older; and (2) create or are holders of a U.S. personal or business PayPal account in good standing (“Valid Account”); and (3) are new San Jose Earthquakes season ticket holders (“STH’s”) who purchase their season tickets for the 2024 MLS season and complete payment of their deposit with a Valid Account within the qualification period and make first payment by October 7th.
“Qualification Period”: Starts on August 18, 2023 at 8:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on September 23rd, 2023.

“Redemption Period”: Starts on the day that the Reward is applied to Eligible Participant’s Ticketmaster account and ends at full time of the first San Jose Earthquakes playoff match to be held at PayPal Park, 1123 Coleman Avenue, San Jose, California (“PayPal Park*”) for the 2023 MLS Cup Playoffs.
How it Works: An Eligible Participant must successfully complete the following during the Qualification Period to qualify for a Reward (as defined below):
- Purchase new 2024 San Jose Earthquake season tickets by placing your deposit and setting your payment method as PayPal in your Ticketmaster Account Manager by the end of the Qualification Period.
- Once San Jose Earthquakes has confirmed that your payment method has been set to PayPal, you will be eligible to receive one (1) bonus ticket per season ticket purchased for admission to the first playoff match of the 2023 MLS Cup Playoffs at PayPal Park, ticket location to be determined by San Jose Earthquakes in its sole discretion (“Reward”).
- Reward will only be issued and may only be redeemed if San Jose Earthquakes is a participating club in the 2023 MLS Cup Playoffs. If the San Jose Earthquakes do not advance to the 2023 MLS Cup Playoffs, no Reward will be awarded to Eligible Participants and no alternate rewards will be awarded.
Once received, and qualified for, the Reward will be automatically applied to the Eligible Participant’s Ticketmaster account. Rewards will be viewable in your Ticketmaster account. The Reward must be redeemed during the Redemption Period and may only be redeemed as described in these terms and conditions. Use of the Reward will be reflected on the Eligible Participant’s Ticketmaster account. There is a limit of eight (8) Rewards per Valid Account. Only 500 total Rewards available.

San Jose Earthquakes reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this offer in part or in its entirety at any time without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion. Similar offers may run at the same time; qualification for this offer does not constitute qualification for any other offer.
