No required dress code but we recommend being festive and weather appropriate.
Cash Cards
In lieu of drink tickets, each employee that attends the event will be given a $50 cash card to use for the evening. The cash card will be accepted at all food trucks, concession stands, bar, and the market village. Once you’ve used up the allowance on the card, additional purchases must be paid out of pocket.
Ice skating
- If you plan on ice skating, all participants must fill out the waiver form or check in at the waiver station.
Toy Drive
This year, in partnership with Hands on Bay Area, we will be collecting toys and gifts for local children and youth who otherwise won't be receiving much. If you would like to donate a toy, please bring it with you to the SAP Bay Area Winter Party - we will have collection bins on site! All toys and gifts are welcome.
If you bring a toy to the winter party, you will be entered into a raffle to win a family four pack of tickets to the San Francisco Niners vs. Baltimore Ravens game on December 25th!
General Direction/Parking Tips
Best Directions:
- Turn on Earthquakes Way, Aviation Avenue or Champions Way.
- Coming from Highway 101 and taking the De La Cruz Blvd. exit is the advised route to avoid congestion. This will allow you to turn right, directly into any parking lots, instead of a more time-consuming left turn coming from I-880 and taking Coleman Ave.

Event Parking
- Event parking is provided and only authorized in the onsite lots listed and that event parking is prohibited on surrounding lots/streets and are subject to possible citation or tow.
- Please follow parking directional signage and appropriate lot signs.
ADA Parking
- ADA parking is located within the Audi parking lot off Earthquakes Way. Those wishing to park within ADA locations must present valid ADA placard & event registration upon arrival.
Bicycle Parking
- Bikes will be permitted to park in the designated bike parking area on the North and South end of the Earthquakes Way sidewalk next to the stadium.
Event Gate Entrance
- The event entrance will be at the Main Gate. ADA entrance will be located at the Audi Gate.
Will Call Ticket Pick Up Location & Times
- If you didn’t pick up your tickets, please pick-up your tickets at the Box Office next to the Main Gate.
- Will-call Box Office will be open from 4:00pm – 7:00pm. Please bring your SAP Badge or proof of employment (e-mail address on mobile phone or similar)
Is Wi-Fi available?
- Yes, free GoQuakes WiFi is available to all fans. Connect to the Wi-Fi by going to your Wi-Fi settings and accepting the terms and conditions.
What time do parking lots open?
- Parking lots will be open at 3:30pm,
- What time do parking lots close?
- Parking lots will close at 8:30pm PST, one (1) hour after the stadium gates close.
Are family restrooms available?
- Yes, there are family bathrooms located behind Section 103 and Section 126, and at Sections 111 and 115 inside PayPal Park. There is also a Mamava Pod behind section 126 for nursing. Text 408.909.GOAL for the access code.
What if I didn’t register for the event, but I’m an SAP employee?
- Please email glenn.rabena@sap.com to manually register. Or visit the will call booth located near the main entrance to manually register at the gates.\[KK(S1\] Please bring your SAP Badge or proof of employment when manually registering at the gate.
Are guests allowed?
This year the board has decided that the best way to provide an equitable holiday event to all locations globally within the available budget was to focus on employee-only celebrations. We are delighted that we have the opportunity to come together as colleagues for this special occasion.

- Pick up your tickets at the will call window, located next to the main entrance gates.
Do I need to show proof of vaccination to enter the event?
- No proof of vaccination or negative test results are required to enter.

- All bags are subject to search upon entrance
Photography
- Personal photography is permitted at PayPal Park. Professional and commercial grade cameras are not allowed. Any audio and or video recording is in violation of Major League Soccer policies and is not permitted. Guests are not permitted to stand in the aisles or walkways, or obstruct others from viewing the game while taking photographs. Photographic support tools (such as tripods, professional lenses-longer than 8 in., etc.) are not permitted into the stadium.
Videography
- By attending this event, you are aware of and consent (on behalf of me and my guest(s)) that event photography and videography may capture your image(s) which then may appear on SAP internal channels and/or on social media
ADA Seating
- There are ADA seats throughout all areas and price levels of PayPal Park. ADA seating and access are fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. For further information, please contact the San Jose Earthquakes front office at 408-556-7700.
The following is NOT ALLOWED:
- Fighting and/or inciting others to fight or inciting unruly or disruptive behavior.
- Causing significant damage to property.
- Using (including on any sign or other visible representation) political, threatening, abusive, insulting, offensive language and or gestures, which includes racist, homophobic, xenophobic, sexist or otherwise inappropriate language behavior.
- Note: Threatening and/or abusive behavior directed towards other fans, players, officials or staff members will be subject to sanctions even if done outside the time period of a MLS-SUM event (including on social media).
- Possession or use of an unauthorized pyrotechnic device, smoke or firework, or attempting to introduce one inside the venue.
- Throwing any objects (including streamers).
- Failing to follow directions from venue staff regarding compliance with the Fan Code of Conduct, stadium policies and emergency procedures.
- Inappropriate consumption of alcoholic beverages, which includes purchasing for, possession of, or consumption by a minor.

Lost And Found
- Please contact our Fan Experience Manager at 408-909-4625 (text/voicemail) to inquire about the possible recovery of any lost items. If you have lost an item while at an event, please head to Guest Services located under Section 101 for further assistance.
Outside Food and Beverage
- One clear, plastic, factory-sealed, water bottle per person is permitted. Refillable metal water bottles are OK, must be empty upon entry.
- Only SMALL individual snacks are allowed in clear plastic bags are allowed in the stadium in addition to medically needed food items.
- Special exceptions for small children or individuals with specific allergies or dietary restrictions will be made. Please call or text Fan Experience at 408.909.4625 for more information
- NO large outside food items (hoagies, fast food, bags of chips, etc)
- NO Coolers allowed

- Professional camera equipment, including but not limited to tripods, battery packs, large commercial video cameras
- Remote controlled aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems (drones)
- Glass water bottles
- Any glass or plastic food containers
- Incendiary devices (e.g., reworks, smoke bombs, ares, etc.) per Health and Safety Code 12677 and punishable by a fine up to $1000, 6 months in jail, or both)
- Streamers
- Seat covers of any kind
- Illegal substances, drugs, or chemicals of any kind
- Poles and/or staffs of any kind to including but not limited to metal, plastic, or wood (except pre-approved items in designated supporters sections)
- Noisemakers, plastic horns, air horns, whistles or musical instruments of any kind drums (except in designated supporters sec ons and approved by Stadium Operations)
- Frisbees or inflated balls of any kind
- Hover Boards
- Aerosol cans (e.g., hairspray, silly string, etc.)
- Animals (except approved service dogs)
- Any items deemed by Management to be inappropriate, offensive, or potentially hazardous
Re-Entry Policy
- Re-entry will not be permitted at PayPal Park.
Smoking
- Smoking is strictly prohibited at PayPal Park. Offenders will be ejected from the stadium grounds.
