Jan. 18, 2008–Selected Midfielder Shea Salinas
The Earthquakes selected midfielder Shea Salinas in the second round with the No. 15 overall pick in the 2008 MLS SuperDraft. In the 2017 season, Salinas moved up to No. 10 in the club’s all-time games started list with 132, No. 7 all-time for minutes played in Quakes record book with 12,680 and surpassed 15,000 career minutes.
