The San Jose Earthquakes announced today that the club is nominated as a finalist in two categories for the National Sports Forum ADchievement Awards. The Quakes were nominated for their Win Pins in the Alternative Media category and for their television advertisements.
The Earthquakes will be on display with other finalists from all other sports at the NSF ADchievement Award Finalist Showcase and forum attendees will cast their ballots to determine the winners in each category.

About the NSF ADchievement Awards
The NSF ADchievement Awards recognize the best sports-themed advertising from the previous year in eight different categories. Each year, major league teams, minor league teams, colleges, non-profit organizations, players associations, retail stores, and television networks submit their best advertising from the previous year. A preliminary judging panel of a diverse advertising experts narrows all the submissions down to the top six in each category. The top six in each category are then displayed at the annual National Sports Forum and attendees vote to select the category winners. In addition, the organization judged to have the best advertising across all categories will be award the Overall Award of Excellence.
