San Jose's match against the Portland Timbers has been picked up by Comcast SportsNet Plus and will air live starting at 7:30 p.m. PT from JELD-WEN Field.
The Earthquakes will look to get back in the win column against a Timbers squad that is 3-1-1 in its last five games. San Jose battled back to draw even with Portland in their first MLS regular season meeting on Aug. 6 before a sellout crowd of 10,525 at Buck Shaw Stadium. Alan Gordon was the hero, delivering a cracking header in the 67th minute for his first goal with the Quakes.
