No. 8: Signing Mark Watson as head coach: A big highlight this year was signing Mark Watson to a multi-year contract as our head coach. I have been continually impressed with Mark’s ability to lead especially in challenging situations. That is a key quality in coaching a professional sports team. His work ethic, eagerness to learn, and management style are the perfect recipe to create a culture of excellence that will propel our club to success on and off the pitch. We have a bright future with Mark at the helm.
