Calling all soccer fans across the Bay:

Thursday. 9 a.m. USA vs. Germany. And the United States' last effort to make it out of Group G. Ever since Sunday's heartbreaking stoppage-time equalizer from Portugal (heck, ever since 2010), we've been waiting for this game.

We've seen all the hype on social media and the numerous ways you should call in late to work tomorrow to watch our country's biggest game in the World Cup so far.

They're not lying - you should. Book that early morning "appointment," have some "car trouble" or just work from home! Your boss will understand (and they'll probably be doing the same thing, too).

Here are the four places across the Bay we'll be tomorrow - so take your pick - and say it with us #IBelieveThatWeWillWin

San Jose -

  • San Pedro Square Market: they'll be showing both USA vs. GER and GHA vs. POR on their multiple TVs in the Garage Bar. Doors open at 8 a.m. and we've been assured that there will be breakfast! Come secure your spot early.
  • The Downtown Brit: Doors open at 8:30 a.m. Join us at this English-themed staple soccer bar for all the World Cup action.

San Francisco -

  • Civic Center: You joined us in thousands on Sunday; it's time to do it again on Thursday.
  • Ace's Bar: This Nob Hill bar will be showing the game on their five flat screen tvs.
