The San Jose Earthquakes announced today that they will take on the Colorado Rapids on Sunday, Feb. 15 at Cashman Field in Las Vegas. The match will kick off at 7 p.m. PT.

The Quakes have now announced three of the matches for their preseason. They will play Vancouver Whitecaps FC on Saturday, Feb. 7 in the first match of a doubleheader in the Desert Friendlies. The game kicks off at 5 p.m. local time. Additionally, San Jose will take on their United Soccer League affiliate, Sacramento Republic FC on Saturday, Feb. 21 at 5 p.m. PT at Bonney Field in Sacramento.

Cashman Field was originally built with soccer in mind back in 1983. The inaugural Las Vegas Pro Soccer Challenge Cup, though, marks the first time that the stadium will have played host to the sport, with it being used by the Las Vegas 51s Triple-A minor league baseball team, an affiliate of the New York Mets.

San Jose will announce the entirety of the club’s preseason training schedule next week.
